Terms of Service

By installing or using TrueStory ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrueStory is a QA orchestration platform for Atlassian Jira that provides test case management, AI-powered test generation, QA gates for pull requests, and Confluence report generation.

3. Account and Access

To use TrueStory, you must have a valid Atlassian Cloud account with appropriate permissions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Fabricus.Tech DOO and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, including test cases, results, and configurations you create.

6. AI Features

TrueStory offers AI-powered test generation using third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Gemini). When you use these features:

• You provide your own API key
• Your data is sent to your chosen AI provider according to their terms
• We are not responsible for AI-generated content accuracy
• You should review all AI-generated test cases before use

7. Pricing and Payment

TrueStory pricing is managed through the Atlassian Marketplace. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Atlassian handles all billing and payment processing.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FABRICUS D.O.O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fabricus.Tech DOO from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Atlassian instance.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Serbia.
